| Information for Exhibitors
The following is information for exhibitors who would like to participate
in the Harvesting Clean Energy Conference.
Booth Amenities A skirted table, two chairs, a waste-basket and a sign will be provided as part of the exhibitor registration fee. The cost of electrical outlets, telephone connections, high-speed internet connections, etc. will be charged separately. Flammable Material No flammable gases or liquids, substances, or materials of any nature, including decorative material, the use of which is prohibited by fire regulations, may be used in any booth. Care of Building Acceptance of exhibit space makes it obligatory on the part of the exhibitor and their employees, that they shall not attach any materials to walls or posts in any manner, nor deface, injure or mar the exhibit room floors. Any damage shall be made good by them to the Show Management or the owner of the property. Liability Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Climate Solutions, the NWCDC and the Boise Centre on the Grove and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither Climate Solutions, the NWCDC, nor the Boise Centre on the Grove maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Attendance Representatives of exhibitors will be required to register and wear an appropriate badge while in attendance at the Exhibits. Exhibitors will be permitted registration of one person per booth as part of their exhibitor contract. Additional booth personnel will be required to pay the attendee Registration fee. Insurance In all cases, exhibitors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense. Agreement to Rules Each exhibitor and their employees, agrees to abide by the foregoing rules and regulations, and by any amendments or additions thereto that hereafter be established or put into effect by the Show Management. These rules are subject to revision by the Show Management and all points not covered are subject to its decision. They have been formulated for the best interests of the exhibitors as well as the conference organizers, and all exhibitors are asked to cooperate in the observance of them. How to Reserve Booth Space Complete the enclosed Exhibitor contract form and return it with your check or charge card information to the NWCDC. Payment for Space Payment for space is due and payable at the time the Registration Form is submitted.
